today we took a hike...
at the triangle land conservancy...
it was a beautiful day. sunny, clear and cool...
we followed the trail...
we were the kings of the world...
we found ginormous leaves...
we even found a star!
we found a stream and had a snack...
we found the rocky river. we peed in the woods and wiped with leaves.
it was a good day for all of us.

My last few days were, "I shoveled snow. Took a break. Shoveled snow. Went inside to ache and have coffee. Oh, look, it's snowing...I think I'll shovel snow."
Can't see the road until I'm in it. Makes backing out onto the street an adventure. Woo hoo. When does spring start?
I am such a city person I am terrified of hikes! I also think I have watched to many horror movies!
